Rai Static is an independent mage who works for an independent guild.

Rai is the childhood friend of Ty and Emi who happened to be the muscle of the group. Being in the same village, Rai was praised for his efficiency in lightning even though Ty was the first to learn it out of the three. After some time has passed, He was picked up by an independent guild which he's in the top 3 for it.

Rai is a lean and somewhat muscular young man whose hair is green and his eyes are blue. His outfit is similar to Ty's but his is black and he wears two belts around his chest, two around his waist, and two on his legs. He wars black boots to complete his outfit.
